Función Principal
Responsable de diseñar y ejecutar piezas visuales estratégicas orientadas a la conversión y generación de leads, asegurando consistencia de marca, impacto visual y alineación con los objetivos comerciales y de marketing B2B.
Funciones Principales
· Diseñar e implementar criterios visuales orientados a la conversión de leads, optimizando piezas como formularios, landing pages, banners, emails e imágenes digitales.
· Desarrollar materiales visuales estratégicos para campañas digitales, redes sociales y proyectos B2B.
· Diseñar, producir y adaptar piezas gráficas garantizando la coherencia, calidad y lineamientos de la imagen de marca.
· Analizar tendencias visuales, comportamiento del usuario e insights de marketing digital y experiencia de usuario, aplicándolos a los materiales gráficos.
· Elaborar y diseñar presentaciones ejecutivas y comerciales
· Realizar benchmarking creativo y análisis de buenas prácticas en entornos B2B y marcas de tecnología.
Requisitos
· Licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación Visual, Marketing o carreras afines.
· 2 a 4 años de experiencia en diseño creativo para marcas de tecnología, servicios digitales o entornos B2B.
· Experiencia en fotografía, edición visual y análisis de tendencias de diseño y marketing digital.
Conocimientos Técnicos
- Dominio de Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) y herramientas de diseño como Canva.
- Uso de herramientas de inteligencia artificial para la creación, optimización y mejora de piezas gráficas.
- Conocimientos de UX aplicados a piezas gráficas
- Buen criterio visual para diseño orientado a performance y objetivos comerciales.
