Remote – Based in Guatemala | Reports to Operations Manager

• Review and analyze nuanced call conversations and classify them based on internal policies.

• Identify and escalate issues that require additional investigation.

• Participate in ad hoc call-listening projects to provide valuable insights to our Affiliate, SMB, and Enterprise teams.

• Test and implement new operational processes.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success and Sales.

• Analyze reporting to detect account-related issues and recommend solutions.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• A continuous learner who is adaptable and curious.

• A team-oriented professional who can work effectively in a collaborative, remote environment.
