En CCLC Soluciones estamos en búsqueda de un(a) profesional con enfoque en servicio al cliente, organización y mejora continua, que nos apoye en la gestión de tickets para clientes externos y en la coordinación del equipo técnico.

¿Qué harás?

Gestionar y dar seguimiento a tickets de soporte, asegurando cumplimiento de SLA.

Mantener comunicación clara y constante con los clientes.

Controlar y reportar horas de servicio e indicadores del área.

Identificar oportunidades de mejora y apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua.

Apoyar en proyectos de infraestructura para clientes externos.

¿Qué buscamos?

Estudiante universitario (3er año en adelante) de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o carrera afín.

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en mesa de ayuda, gestión de tickets o atención a clientes externos.

Manejo de herramientas de Service Desk (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow u otras).

Inglés intermedio (lectura de documentación técnica).

Valoramos personas proactivas, organizadas, con orientación al cliente y gusto por el trabajo en equipo.

Condiciones del puesto:

Ingreso mensual de Q6,000.00
