**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior IT Program Manager** to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex projects and programs that align with client expectations and business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and deliver complex projects or programs in alignment with client expectations and business needs.
  • Manage department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of projects.
  • Plan and direct schedules and project budgets.
  • Organize interdepartmental meetings and communication to ensure project/program completion.
  • Direct the activities of project support staff, project managers, and sub-contractors.
  • Ensure resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate successful project completion.
  • Assign and monitor work of technical team members providing support and interpretation of objectives.
  • Manage priorities that require critical thinking and complex problem-solving.
  • Lead and communicate project scope, goals, and responsibilities to the project team.
  • Establish clear stakeholder expectations and complex requirements.
  • Develop and maintain reporting procedures.
  • Monitor performance in project and program control activities.
  • Develop reports related to project activities, general project management, and financial issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.

  • Performs technical-based activities.
  • Contributes to and manages projects.

  • Ability to complete work self-guided.
  • College or university degree required.
