Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team. As a key member of our HR team, you will assist in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Job Posting and Promotion: Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms, targeting top talent and promoting our company culture.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Manage the ATS and maintain accurate candidate records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.
  • Resume Screening and Initial Interviews: Assist with screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Background Checks and Reference Verifications: Facilitate background checks and reference verifications, ensuring thorough vetting and compliance with employment laws.
  • Onboarding Support: Support onboarding activities and prepare new hire documentation, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
