About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Manager / Follow-Up Specialist to manage lead follow-up and organization within our CRM system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that leads are in the correct follow-up stages, proactively reaching out to unengaged leads, and maintaining accurate CRM information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Management: Manage and organize leads in the CRM (Salesforce), placing all leads in the appropriate follow-up stages.
  • Follow-Up Outreach: Proactively reach out to unengaged leads via phone calls and emails to keep the sales pipeline active.
  • CRM Updates: Perform data entry, file updates, and maintain accurate CRM information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the acquisition team to ensure leads are effectively nurtured.
  • Follow-Up Process Management: Monitor and assist in handling the follow-up process, keeping the lead pipeline moving.
Requirements
  • Experience in phone sales with minimal accent.
  • General knowledge of real estate; experience in real estate sales is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Sheets, and HelloSign.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow up on leads efficiently.

Location: Remote (EST Time zone)

Salary Range: Up to 2000 USD per month

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)
