Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Tax Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for technical review, technical execution, planning, compliance and regulation, and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Review: Review the work of trainees and assistants, providing feedback and ensuring supporting documentation is correct.
  • Technical Execution: Lead processes, prepare deliverables, and serve as a client technical contact.
  • Planning: Coordinate tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and ensure deliverables are uploaded to the platform on time.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax standards, regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve accounting and tax issues and discrepancies, collaborating with team members and clients as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Postgraduate studies in Accounting or Tax are a plus.
  • Fluent English.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Experience in a professional services company.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft ERP Business Central is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to a multitask environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience of 4 years.
