The Drafter plays a key role in transforming design concepts into detailed technical drawings for residential construction projects. This position requires strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with the architecture and project management teams.
Responsibilities include creating accurate and detailed technical drawings using Revit, drafting layouts, elevations, and sections, and ensuring all drawings align with project requirements and are suitable for city approval.
Additionally, the Drafter will work closely with the project manager to address any drafting-related adjustments or modifications required during the project lifecycle.
About the Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Revit Drafter in the residential construction or architecture industry.
- Strong understanding of residential construction projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
- Effective communication skills for remote collaboration with design and project teams.
