CLA Expert

We are seeking a Collaboration, Learning and Adaptation (CLA) Expert to support the operationalization of CLA and knowledge management within USAID/Guatemala and with its implementing partners and external stakeholders. The CLA Expert will lead activities that support the design and implementation of processes and tools to institutionalize continuous learning and adaptive management.

• Facilitate effective collaboration between and among USAID and its partners
• Collaborate with USAID and its partners to implement processes and tools to institutionalize continuous learning and adaptive management
• Support USAID in improving organizational practices and capacity for learning and adaptation
• Lead efforts to monitor progress toward USAID learning agenda objectives
• Support capacity building activities for USAID, its partners, and other stakeholders
• Oversee the development and maintenance of knowledge management systems for ongoing and completed M&E activities and strategic reports for USAID
• Support mid-course corrective measures and/or modifications during activity implementation
• Strengthen and add value to existing USAID CLA practices and processes, and support the capture and dissemination of learning from monitoring and evaluation efforts
• Oversee the development of useful, innovative learning products and events

This is a long-term position based in Guatemala City, Guatemala, expected to start in early 2025.
