**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Chief Data Architect to join our team at Smart TechLink Solutions Inc. in this challenging and rewarding role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, with expertise in healthcare data standards such as EDI and FHIR. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement efficient data storage structures and indexing strategies.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain robust data models that accurately represent the structure, relationships, and attributes of complex healthcare data systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data models.
  • Optimize data models for performance by designing efficient data storage structures, indexing strategies, and query optimization techniques.
  • Ensure high-quality data by implementing effective data quality assurance processes.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data modeling, with significant expertise in healthcare data standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement complex data models.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with ERStudio and other data modeling tools is highly preferred.
