Job Description:

We are seeking a highly reliable and vigilant Security Operations Coordinator to join our team at Refrigeración Total, S.A.

This critical role is responsible for maintaining the security and operational integrity of our facilities. The coordinator will monitor surveillance cameras, manage environmental settings to ensure temperatures are maintained within target ranges, grant access to visitors based on established protocols, respond to incidents, answer occasional calls, and generate support tickets as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grant access to visitors based on established protocols
  • Monitor security cameras for any unusual activity and promptly report incidents
  • Control and monitor building temperatures to ensure target settings are maintained
  • Answer occasional calls with professionalism and clarity
  • Create and manage support tickets as issues arise
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert during shifts
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English

Salary Estimate: $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on location and experience
