ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
As Commercial your scope would consist of:
Delivering AOP targets: Volume, Net Revenue, NOPBT & cash flow for the territory/channels with full responsibilities of commercial agenda. Develop AOP / PSP for NCB’s Guatemala while support Franchise Director with development of AOP and PSP Process. Be the primary point of contact with bottler CBC Commercial Director/GVs. Identify current business opportunities and potential areas for growth. Review Sales, Marketing, and other partners’ KPIs. Align main necessities with local market intelligence. Assist bottlers in development of trade promotions, category management plans. Support the transfer of Best Practice Tools, diagnose gaps in capability and initiate corrective action plans, drawing on functional support staff where appropriate. Work with cross functional teams to ensure right products, brands, pricing, and GTM capability. Govern budget control & alignment for both COOP funds and Unilateral budgets of the category. Monitor forecast of concentrate units. QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required (Business Adm., Engineering, Marketing or similar). Postgraduate degree desirable.Capabilities:
Solid command of financials including P&L impact of sales decisions. Strong background of category management with experience for owning and running end to end range review campaigns. Experience in strategy development as well as execution. Proven ability to develop good working relationships cross functionally both internally and externally. Focused leader with the ability to effectively achieve goals in a matrixed organization. Previous people management experience preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Local consumer/customer knowledge helpful. Previous people management experience preferred. Advanced English proficiency (Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing).
