Objetivos del puesto:
Dirigir un equipo de expertos en data para cumplir con los objetivos de la
organización en términos de análisis de grandes cantidades de datos dispersos,
modelado predictivo y generación de accionables basados en la información, tanto para
nuestros clientes como internamente.

Estudios:
Graduado de Ingeniería en Sistemas/Industrial,
Graduado de Lic. Matemática, Economía o carrera afín
Conocimiento en lenguajes de programación como Python o R, SQL, NoSQL, herramientas de big data como Redshift o BigQuery.
Herramientas de visualización de datos como Tableau o Looker Studio.

Retos:
Desarrollar y mantener estándares y mejores prácticas en cuanto a metodologías de
análisis de datos, modelado predictivo, y visualización de datos.
Dirigir el desarrollo e implementación de modelos predictivos y algoritmos de machine
learning que ayuden a optimizar procesos, prever tendencias, o tomar decisiones
empresariales más informadas.
Evaluar y seleccionar herramientas, plataformas y tecnologías adecuadas para el
análisis de datos y el desarrollo de modelos predictivos, teniendo en cuenta los
requisitos y las necesidades específicas del negocio.
Liderar y gestionar un equipo, proporcionando dirección, orientación y apoyo para cumplir con los proyectos y las iniciativas de análisis de
datos.

Experiencia:
De 2 a 3 años como Data Scientist, Data Engineer
