About The Job We are looking for a qualified Human Resources Generalist professional who will work directly with the Human Resources Team to provide support and direction in administering company policies. The ideal candidate will ensure that HR service deliverables are being met and deliver maximum value to the organization. As Human Resources Generalist, You Will… Provide Human Resource (HR) policy guidance Conduct employee onboarding process Ensure operational HR activities and processes are followed correctly Responsible of HR Investigations Actively support line managers in addressing employee's breaches and conduct Attend legal and disciplinary staff hearings Provide coaching on HR matters Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department Engage in day-to-day coordination of activities with other HR Officers Input data in HR systems Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Perform other HR related duties when assigned As Human Resources Generalist, You Have… Graduate degree in Law, Human Resources and Labor Relations or similar 3 years of work experience as a Human Resources Coordinator Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment Extensive knowledge of Guatemalan labor law Knowledge of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, written and verbal Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills Great attention to detail and precision Exceptional organization and time management skills
