Summary Oversees the identification of potential candidates, interviewing, selection and placement of candidates for employment. Ensures recruiting strategy, methodology, and processes are aligned with business needs, talent strategy and desired employee capabilities/skills.

• Partners with leadership to perform calibrations, side-by-side sessions, and call-listening activities to clearly define

• Interviews and screens candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.
• Performs comprehensive targeted research strategy for qualified candidates via internal databases.
• Conducts skills testing and office interviews to measure capability and aptitude.
• Presents job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiates job offers for the most qualified candidate(s).
• Completes the hiring process by drafting and gaining sign-off on offer letters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements Education & experience
• Work experience in recruitment or a related field. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Results-oriented and proactive, with a strong focus on achieving recruitment goals and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in Excel and English (B2 level according to the CEFR), required.

Location:
Ability to work on-site and willingness to work rotating schedules (AM/PM), including weekends.
