A Day in the Life:

Carry out the correct follow-up, issuance and dispatch of important documents in compliance with the policies, procedures, and legislation of every destination country previously agreed between trading department and customer.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collect all information related to create document instructions with origin offices through Global Share (EDox) and Covantis platform to avoid any delay on documents processes.
• Review all draft of documents on time to proceed with the correct document issuance to avoid re issuance of documents and to avoid any delays at destination.
• Coordinate and follow up reception and dispatch of documents to customers between origin and destination offices.
• Follow up of F&I containers process with origin and customers to avoid delays.
• Give the correct and proper vessel update to customers and maintain them informed about their shipments and upcoming executions.
• Proper follow up of KPI's reports to inform times and performance.
• Release / send original documents for clients in Guatemala and El Salvador.

Skills/Experience
High school certificate, preferably a student of a bachelor's degree.

Desirable experience in an export/import position.

English intermediate.

Knowledge of Plo system, BTM, GTM, SAP, Office, Covantis, Sedna and Global Share (EDox).
