Brand Merchandiser

Job Summary

Ensure the correct display, availability, and positioning of the brand's mobile phones and accessories at points of sale (POS). Strengthen brand presence and support sales growth through impeccable execution on the sales floor.

Main Responsibilities

• Execute product displays according to brand guidelines (planograms, POP material, and furniture).
• Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of devices, accessories, and promotional materials.
• Ensure prices and promotions are correctly placed and up to date.
• Perform basic maintenance on display units (cleaning, charging, ensuring they are powered on).
• Identify opportunities for improvement in visibility and communication at the POS.
• Coordinate with store managers and sales staff to improve commercial execution.
• Report sales, inventory, out-of-stock items, and competitor activities.
• Support new model launches and promotional campaigns.
• Provide basic training to sales staff on product features and benefits.
• Comply with established routes and schedules.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma (studies in Marketing or Sales are a plus).
• English: Advanced/Fluent (required for professional correspondence) is a MUST
• Minimum of 1 year as a Merchandiser or Promoter (preferably in technology, telecommunications, or electronics) and experience in retail environments and multi-brand stores (desirable).
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and accessories, Experience handling POP material and planograms.
• Negotiation and communication skills with store personnel.
• Basic reporting skills (physical or digital).
• Ability to work toward goals with minimal supervision.

Job Conditions

• Direct reporting to Supervisor or Coordinator.
