We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with curiosity, great energy, and a passion for recruiting. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates using various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and assist with interview feedback and decision-making processes.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, guide best practices, and ensure a consistent recruitment strategy across departments.
  • Job Offer and Negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates, manage salary and benefit negotiations, and coordinate onboarding activities.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process by providing timely communication and feedback.

Key Qualifications

  • C1 English level (Written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (2 years).
  • Familiarity with various recruiting tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices.
