We're Hiring: Senior Web Application Engineer – ERP Integration

Experience Required: 5+ Years | Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Application Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of a full-stack enterprise application integrated directly with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. This is a client-facing, hands-on engineering role for someone who is proactive, thoughtful, and comfortable owning complex solutions end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and develop an enterprise-grade web application using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Design and implement data models, data architecture, and role-based access controls.
  • Build deep integrations with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ensuring seamless data flow, auditability, and traceability.
  • Lead QA processes, data validation, and best-practice implementation throughout the SDLC.
  • Create dynamic, exportable Power BI dashboards with a roadmap toward forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Support production deployment and provide post-launch hypercare.
  • Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
Technical Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise web application development.
  • Proven expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of credential-based authentication, user management, and complex data structures.
  • Critical requirement: Professional experience integrating solutions with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid Agile environments.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining open to guidance and collaboration.
Language Requirements
  • Professional Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
