Project Management Support: Provide project management support the GTM team and other stakeholders in ongoing governance of GTM initiatives – tracking, flagging and escalating tasks and deliverables in different inter-related workstreams
 Analytics & Data Management: Develop and manage of relevant data sets required for successful planning and implementation of GTM initiatives incl. company sales data, market data, profitability metrics, performance scorecards, channel performance metrics, digital tool generated data etc.
 Insights & Dashboards: Design and share standard and customised dashboards and reports to support performance tracking, opportunity sighting and problem diagnosis for GTM initiatives
 Business Plan/Review Support: Design and prepare effective decks for strategic business and functional plans and reviews using quantitative and qualitative inputs
 Boiler-plates and Templated Content: Design and prepare standard content for articulation of key business information, policies and other announcements to be shared with large audiences related to Grey Cement Marketing e.g. conference presentations, periodic business highlights announcements etc.
