We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with exceptional React expertise and solid backend experience in Java. If you are passionate about building modern, scalable, and visually engaging web applications—and you love crafting pixel-perfect, high-performance user experiences—this role is for you.

• Design, code, test, and maintain software solutions of moderate to high complexity.
• Lead the development of modern, responsive, and user-focused frontends using React, Redux/Context API, and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain reusable components, ensure accessibility (WCAG/ARIA), and optimize frontend performance.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to turn wireframes and prototypes into polished, production-ready interfaces.
• Design and develop full-stack applications, integrating React frontends with scalable backend services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs across QA, pre-production, production, and post-release environments.
• Work with product, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver smooth end-to-end solutions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, API design, and frontend–backend integration strategies.
• Participate in agile planning, estimation, and sprint execution.
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and best practices to elevate our development standards.

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining large-scale web applications.
• Expert-level React skills (Hooks, Context API, Redux) and strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
• Hands-on experience with responsive UI development (CSS3, SASS/LESS, Styled Components, Tailwind, etc.).
• Strong understanding of frontend testing using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Solid backend development experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, Swagger, Postman.
• Practical experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams.
• Exposure to WebFlux or reactive programming is a plus.
• Experience with AWS environments (Elastic Beanstalk, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda) is highly desirable.
• Bonus: CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and frontend test automation.
• Strong debugging skills and the ability to work with existing codebases.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
