Physical Security Analyst

The physical Security Analyst will perform administrative, investigative and verification tasks related to Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, and Other Physical Security Systems, processes, projects and initiatives to support the goals of the Physical Security Department.

Responsibilities

• Solving basic issues related to employees' access cards on the access control systems that are reported by operations or staff personnel.

• Reviewing Video Surveillance Systems footage and elaborating reports for security incidents that include but are not limited to o Thefts that occurred at any of the facilities. o Valet parking incidents. o Fraud related cases that will help the physical security coordinators solve investigations faster.

• Collect the necessary evidence every month and deliver it to the coordinator for the execution of the monthly access control system reconciliation.

• Inspecting security systems like Video Surveillance System, access control servers, video storage units, etc. to make sure all systems work properly and report to the physical security coordinators those that do not.

• Configuring access cards for new employees when they are hired as well as when they finish their training stage through the Security Application (SecApp).

• Helping organize the documentation generated by the physical security personnel such like books, daily reports, outsourcing personnel reports, etc.

• Making sure the physical security inventory is up to date when equipment is replaced, removed or added.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in the use of:

• Microsoft Windows.

• Microsoft office. Knowledge Basic in the use of database engines (MySQL, SQL Server, and Microsoft Access).

• Programming Knowledge basic
