Carla es un asistente virtual que habilita servicios financieros principalmente en comunidades rurales, todo a través de WhatsApp. Utiliza tecnología conversacional y está diseñado para realizar transacciones financieras de una forma tan amigable como enviarle un mensaje a un amigo cercano.

Descripción del puesto

Buscamos un Desarrollador/a Back-End Senior con experiencia comprobada en para liderar el desarrollo de la plataforma que impulsa a Carla. Serás una pieza clave, responsable de la arquitectura, escalabilidad, y rendimiento de funcionalidades críticas. Esto incluye el diseño e integración de Carla con múltiples socios financieros, canales de comunicación como bancos y otras instituciones financieras.

Responsabilidades


• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener la arquitectura escalable de microservicios.


• Liderar la integración de agentes inteligentes en el sector financiero.


• Establecer estándares y realizar integraciones de código en el back-end.


• Integrar y optimizar la conexión con APIs externas de sistemas bancarios.


• Documentar soluciones técnicas complejas y proponer mejoras continuas de la plataforma 

Requisitos


• Experiencia sólida en desarrollo back-end, imprescindible con , NestJS y TypeScript.


• Experiencia demostrable en el diseño e implementación de APIs RESTful.


• Autonomía en el desarrollo de micro servicios.


• Conocimiento profundo de principios de arquitectura de software y patrones de diseño.


• Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y liderar proyectos técnicos de principio a fin.


• Actitud proactiva y compromiso con proyectos de impacto social y fintech. 

Deseable


• Experiencia avanzada con sistemas de mensajería y sus APIs (e.g., WhatsApp - Meta API). 


• Experiencia previa en el sector fintech o en el desarrollo de asistentes virtuales/chatbots. 


• Familiaridad con prácticas de DevOps (CI/CD, monitoreo, testing)


• Experiencia en Frameworks de Python


• Experiencia en la suite de Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Functions)
