Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Guatemala City for an Export Coordinator. The Export Coordinator will manage and prepare export documentation, coordinate logistics for ocean shipments, provide excellent customer service, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth export operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing export documentation and managing compliance requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients and partners
• Knowledge of ocean shipping processes and procedures
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems related to export processes
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
