Senior Frontend Engineer
to join our growing team in Guatemala City.

Reforma 383, Zone 10, Guatemala City (Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Salary:
Q18,000/month + full legal benefits and additional perks (We can talk about this)

About the Role

As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of modern web applications using
    React, JavaScript, and Tailwind
    .
  • Collaborate with backend and design teams to deliver seamless and performant user experiences.
  • Take ownership of technical features from concept to deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize frontend components and integration points.
  • Guide junior developers and contribute to team leadership and best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years
    of professional front-end development experience.
  • Expert-level
    proficiency in
    , JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind
    .
  • Experience integrating with
    backend APIs
    and managing deployment processes.
  • Proven
    leadership experience
    (Team Lead or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English
    (both written and spoken).
  • Background check required.
