The Role: As an Offshore Campaign Operations Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our marketing execution by owning campaign setups and ensuring operational excellence across multiple channels. You'll closely partner with our internal teams to streamline processes, maintain data accuracy, and optimize campaign performance.

What you will be doing:

  • Own the end-to-end campaign setup, including audience segmentation, UTM creation, list uploads, and asset management for various marketing channels (e.g., email, SMS, mobile push, events, and other demand generation).
  • Complete campaign set up & execution across platforms including Marketo, Salesforce, Podium, and Asana, ensuring robust tracking, timely launches, campaign quality assurance, and correct attribution.
  • Assist in marketing automation tasks, such as cloning and editing Marketo templates, testing messages, and promptly resolving technical issues.
  • Make updates to Podium's CMS to publish new content on the website for marketing use. 
  • Maintain data integrity, ensuring accurate synchronization between platforms, and support accurate performance reporting.
  • Collaborate proactively with marketing operations, sales, and content teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution aligned with business objectives.
  • Continuously optimize campaign workflows to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance cross-team collaboration.
  • Support ideation, creation, and optimization of marketing content to elevate campaign effectiveness.

What you should have:

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate campaign execution.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to manage complex campaign setups and data accuracy.
  • Quick learner with an ownership mentality, proactive in identifying and solving problems.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Basic familiarity with digital marketing strategies and lifecycle marketing concepts.
  • Previous experience with Marketo, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation tools preferred
