We're looking for an experienced Solution Engineer based in Guatemala to lead SaaS implementations for platforms like Freshworks or Zendesk. You'll work directly with clients to design, configure, and deploy CX and CRM solutions that enhance automation, integration, and customer engagement.

This role blends technical expertise with consultative communication — ideal for professionals passionate about digital transformation and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation of SaaS CX/CRM platforms (Freshworks, Zendesk, etc.).

Define business and technical requirements through discovery sessions.

Configure automations, workflows, APIs, and omnichannel integrations.

Deliver documentation, client training, and continuous optimization.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience implementing SaaS, CX, or CRM solutions.

Solid knowledge of integrations, APIs, and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Postman).

Strong communication and consultative skills in English and Spanish.

Based in Guatemala City and available for hybrid work.
