We're Hiring | Full-Time Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist
Remote – Guatemala Only

We're looking for a full-time Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist to support our U.S.-based team in the Accounting & Professional Services industry.

The primary goal of this role is: generate qualified leads by booking demos with prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling prospects in the U.S. market

• Generating and qualifying leads

• Booking demos for the sales team

• Following up with prospects consistently

• Updating CRM and tracking outreach activity

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English (required)

• STRONG sales experience (cold calling or outbound required)

• Digital Marketing experience (preferred)

• Confident, professional phone presence

• Organized, proactive, and results-driven

Details:

• Full-time, remote position

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, EST office hours

• Industry: Accounting & Professional Services
