Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Demand Generator for their Dental Solutions division in Guatemala. This role is responsible for supporting product demand generation, technical assistance, and customer engagement at key end-user accounts across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the value and application of dental product portfolios at prioritized end-user accounts
  • Support product demonstrations and new product launches through expert training and education
  • Distribute marketing materials and assist with trade shows, customer visits, and local promotional events
  • Address customer inquiries related to product performance, technical questions, and post-sale quality assurance
  • Assist in regulatory and escalation inquiries, providing technical/clinical assistance where required
  • Provide after-sales support including onboarding, order tracking, claims resolution, and document requests
  • Gather and report local market intelligence, competitive activity, and end-user feedback to regional teams

Qualifications / Skills

  • Experience in the dental or broader healthcare sector, ideally with direct product knowledge or technical experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to train healthcare professionals
  • Proven ability to support sales and customer success activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to maintain accurate customer data and activity logs
  • Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is preferred
  • Experience organizing or participating in events, seminars, and field demonstrations
  • Strong understanding of local market trends and distributor dynamics in Guatemala or similar markets

Other relevant information

  • This position requires frequent in-country travel to customer sites, events, and trainings
  • Must be able to represent the voice of the end-user internally and communicate effectively across teams
