We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our client's company. This company is located in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing various marketing initiatives, including social media management, managing current website and optimization, flyer creation, direct marketing campaigns, and email marketing. This role is perfect for a versatile marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management

  2. Develop, execute, and monitor social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).

  3. Create engaging and visually appealing content tailored to each platform.

  4. Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.

  5. Website Marketing and Design

  6. Update and maintain the company website to ensure accuracy and user engagement.

  7. Collaborate with designers/developers (if needed) to enhance website functionality and design.

  8. Implement SEO best practices to increase web traffic.

  9. Creative Design

  10. Design flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials.

  11. Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the company's value propositions.

  12. Direct and Email Marketing

  13. Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns to target audiences.

  14. Develop email marketing strategies, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

  15. Content Creation and Management

  16. Write and edit compelling content for newsletters, blogs, and other platforms.

  17. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all marketing materials.

  18. Market Analysis

  19. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  20. Use data insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

  21. Collaboration and Communication

  22. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and management, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  23. Present campaign results and insights to the principals of the company.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or graphic design roles.

  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

  • Familiarity with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).

  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

  • Strong understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.

  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with video editing tools.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems.

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
