ISP Support Engineer- Provide second-level support for network issues, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems, focused on the IP technology
- Monitor network performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain optimal network functionality.
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of network devices such as routers, switches, and other network components.
- Work closely with the network engineering team to implement and support network changes and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and network-related projects.
- Document network issues, resolutions, and processes to ensure accurate and comprehensive records.
- Support network security initiatives by monitoring and addressing security vulnerabilities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and network-related projects.
- Provide training and support to end-users on network-related issues and best practices.
- Be available "on call" to provide support during off-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed to address urgent network issues.
