Formar parte del equipo de Finanzas Corporativas, asegurando la integridad de la información financiera y el cumplimiento regulatorio. Será responsable de gestionar procesos contables complejos, elaborar reportes para análisis financieros, realizar conciliaciones y preparar documentación clave para auditorías, impuestos y reportes IFRS, garantizando el correcto registro de costos y apoyando proyectos que impacten al área.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Preparar estados financieros estatutarios para entidades seleccionadas (proceso completo de inicio a fin).
  • Atender auditorías externas y brindar soporte requerido.
  • Responsable de todo el proceso contable de las entidades asignadas.
  • Manejo y registro de operaciones regulares mensuales de las entidades asignadas (España, Luxemburgo, Suecia entre otros)
  • Revisar balances de prueba y asegurar conciliaciones completas y sin diferencias materiales.
  • Registrar y dar seguimiento a GL recordings (LTIP, MICSA, honorarios de directores, WHT, recargos de nómina, etc.).
  • Coordinar con payroll, HR e Intercompany para validación de registros y corrección de diferencias.
  • Apoyar en la presentación de reportes para entidades en Luxemburgo (ECDF Chart of Accounts).

Requisitos

  • Estudios Universitarios de CPA
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia relevante en contabilidad, auditoría.
  • Experiencia en contabilidad corporativa o procesos intercompany.
  • Experiencia colaborando en equipos diversos y multidisciplinarios a nivel global.
  • Dominio de inglés Intermedio (francés es un plus).

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Manejo de ambientes multi-moneda y operaciones internacionales.
  • Conocimiento sólido en IFRS, GAAP y procedimientos contables.
  • Experiencia con sistemas contables complejos: Oracle, Blackline, HFM/FCCS.
  • Excel avanzado.
