• 2+ years of relevant work experience as a Sourcing Specialist.
• Experience recruiting Developers/Engineers
• Strong English written communication skills. Resume must be in English

• Fast typing speed and knowledge of keyboard shortcuts for efficiency

What You'll Do

• Managing every stage of the recruitment cycle
• Establishing touchpoints and maintaining follow through
• Consulting with others to craft holistic recruiting strategies
• Developing an unbiased and efficient interview process
• Deliberating with key stakeholders to identify personnel needs
• Writing job descriptions for both internal and advertising use
• Participating in the management of the employee referral program
• Incorporating a data-driven approach to optimize the hiring funnel
• Providing recruitment status reports to management
• Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
• Assisting with the future implementation and proper use of the ATS system
• Launching and developing the onboarding processes for new hires

Working Hours

3:30 pm - Midnight Philippines time (3:30 am - noon EDT, or 2:30 am - 11 am EST depending on the time of year). The half-hour break may be taken anytime between 6 pm - 8 pm local time.

Compensation

Negotiable, based on experience
