Responsible for overseeing the Social Media and recruitment department exclusively for the NRS division, ensuring the quality and consistency of the content and brand representation. The role involves a diverse set of responsibilities, including leading the social media team, decision-making, managing new projects and challenges, recruitment and candidate management, collaboration with other departments, and leading the "Get It Done" (GID) team for employee engagement.

Responsibilities

Social Media Department Supervision:

  • Lead and supervise the Content Creation and Social Media department, checking and providing final approval of videos and images.
  • Oversee content creation and social media management, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing specialist in creating new strategies and graphics to attract talent and showcase our division.
  • Review and ensure the grammatical accuracy of content and graphics produced by the team.
  • Constant communication with US/ GT managers for new positions, projects assigned, or requests for authorizations to the US marketing director.
  • Work on some basic graphics/ flyers for internal activities when needed.

Recruitment Supervision/Collaboration:

  • Supervise recruitment efforts through social media channels.
  • Oversee the tracking and candidate progress, coordinating with HR as needed.
  • Find and contact new talent sources on social media channels, such as job fairs, coffee talks, or other recruitment events1
  • Create files to oversee and track the daily recruitment efforts of the social media team.
  • Conduct interviews when needed (primarily for advanced tech. positions) and create presentations or materials to support the interviews.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Recruitment Sourcer to address inquiries, provide support when needed, and request guidance or instructions as required.

Documentation and Tracking:

  • Develop and maintain documentation for tracking the team's daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with the IDT recruitment team on various files to share candidates' and employees' information as needed.
  • Create new job descriptions and collaborate by providing strategies to organize the division processes.
  • Elaborate reports to present recruitment and GID activities results when required.

Collaboration with Other Departments/ New Projects:

  • Collaborate with other departments/ leaders to oversee new projects or provide organizational strategies when required.
  • Assist in organizing monthly activity calendars and collaborate on other special events (US guest visits or events) as new events or activities arise.
  • Participate in meetings with GT Team leaders/ IDT recruiters/ HR to present new monthly initiatives, events, recruitment processes, and social media strategies relevant to the teams involved, or to receive the latest information from them.

GT GID Team Management:

  • Lead the "Get It Done" (GID) team responsible for motivational activities and employee retention.
  • Lead weekly team meetings to ensure proper planning, coordination, and alignment for every team member's weekly activities.
  • Develop and implement ideas to create a recreational space for employees.
  • Organize social events outside working hours, oversee and contribute to office decorations, and plan team-building games and activities.
  • Manage material purchases and obtain quotations for GID team activities.
  • Promote activities via Google Spaces and motivate people to be involved.
  • Actively attend and lead the GID activities to ensure each is successful.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and recruitment
  • Strong grammar and graphics skills
  • Experience in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate tracking
  • Strong communication skills for interactions with HR, management, and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong sense of empathy and a service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Availability to attend the office twice a week
  • Willingness to participate in activities outside regular working hours
