En Darwin Zone S.A. nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Managing Director para unirse a nuestro equipo en Ciudad de Guatemala. Como empresa especializada en brindar soluciones integrales en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Recursos Humanos y Operaciones, buscamos a un profesional dinámico y visionario para liderar nuestra área de Administración en esta nueva etapa de expansión.

El candidato ideal será un líder estratégico con experiencia en la dirección y gestión de equipos, así como en la formulación e implementación de políticas y procedimientos para asegurar el crecimiento sostenible de la empresa. Será responsable de supervisar y coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas con la administración, contabilidad y finanzas de la organización, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos y promoviendo una cultura organizacional orientada a la excelencia y la integridad.

El Managing Director trabajará de cerca con el equipo directivo, reportando directamente al CEO, y será fundamental en la toma de decisiones estratégicas que impulsen el desarrollo y la rentabilidad de la empresa en un mercado competitivo y en constante evolución.
