Job Summary:
Mercadeo Planificado S.A is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal and external marketing campaigns, events, and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external marketing campaigns, including logistics and planning
- Organize and manage webinars, seminars, and congresses
- Manage mass communication and CRM
- Supervise the design of promotional materials, including banners, written materials, and video products with audio

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or Graphic Design
- At least one year of experience in a similar position
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or similar
