Senior Consultant

At IQVIA, we are seeking an experienced Associate Principal to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for managing multiple consulting projects of varying complexity and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for clients in the pharmaceutical or related industries.

• Manage project teams, including both internal and external resources, to design, develop, and deliver client deliverables.
• Utilize business experience and acumen to identify strategic alternatives and project approaches to client questions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
• Develop and elevate new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads.
• Develop broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical markets through on-the-job experience and training.
• Provide direction, advice, and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams.

• Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic track record and a relevant graduate qualification.
• 8-10 years of professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, and/or healthcare industries with evidence of career progression.
• Demonstrable experience in and commitment to the life sciences and/or healthcare industries.
• A track record of leadership and people development.
• A willingness and ability to travel.
