At HANSAE GSN, S.A, we are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Secretaria Recepcionista Bilingüe to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors and clients, while also handling administrative tasks and communication with our team in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:- Customer Service and Reception:
- Receive and greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner, in both English and Spanish.
- Call Handling and Communication:
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and professionally in both languages.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and messages, ensuring prompt and adequate responses.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including packages and mail.
- Assist in organizing and preparing meetings, including setting up rooms and materials.
- Office Administration:
- Control and replenish office supplies, making orders as needed.
- Collaborate on tasks such as archiving, digitizing documents, and maintaining databases.
- Bilingual Support:
- Facilitate communication between team members and clients or suppliers who speak English.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as Secretariat, Administration, or a related field.
- Language:
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (reception, secretariat, or administration), preferably in a bilingual environment.
- Skills:
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with phone management systems and other office equipment.
