Palladium is seeking a highly experienced Technical Director to lead the technical aspects of the USAID-funded Health Security Activity in Guatemala.
About the Role:The Technical Director will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the project, ensuring the technical direction is evidence-based and responsive to USAID and Guatemalan needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Chief of Party with strategic leadership and oversight of the project.
- Provide technical guidance and strengthen capacity of local One Health stakeholders.
- Maintain effective communication throughout the project with relevant Guatemalan One Health stakeholders.
- Work with the Chief of Party and other project staff to refine implementation processes.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field of study.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in developing activity work-plans, budgets, and managing implementation.
- Knowledge of USG contract management, policies, procedures, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Proven ability to develop and communicate a common vision among diverse partners.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and English.
