Job Title: Asistente de MEAL

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEAL Assistant to join our team at the International Rescue Committee. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) activities in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of MEAL plans and strategies
  • Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of MEAL activities
  • Collaborate with program teams to ensure MEAL data is integrated into program decision-making
  • Provide technical assistance to staff on MEAL-related issues
  • Support the development of MEAL reports and dashboards

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in a field such as international development, social sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in MEAL or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
