We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative with a background in the financial services industry to join our team at Best Office Staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the financial services sector, primarily in the Spanish-speaking market.
- Present our financial services products, highlighting their benefits to potential clients.
- Build rapport with prospects, understand their financial needs, and identify solutions we offer that align with those needs.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and ensure they meet our standards.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Address client inquiries and objections, positioning our financial services as solutions to their challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and provide comprehensive background information on qualified leads.
- Meet and exceed call volume and lead generation targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Stay informed about financial industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Continuously refine cold calling scripts and strategies based on feedback and results.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in customer service or cold calling within the financial services industry is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Ability to handle objections and client concerns professionally and persistently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in general computer skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
