Job Title: Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative with a background in the financial services industry to join our team at Best Office Staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the financial services sector, primarily in the Spanish-speaking market.
  • Present our financial services products, highlighting their benefits to potential clients.
  • Build rapport with prospects, understand their financial needs, and identify solutions we offer that align with those needs.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and ensure they meet our standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Address client inquiries and objections, positioning our financial services as solutions to their challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and provide comprehensive background information on qualified leads.
  • Meet and exceed call volume and lead generation targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Stay informed about financial industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Continuously refine cold calling scripts and strategies based on feedback and results.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience in customer service or cold calling within the financial services industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Ability to handle objections and client concerns professionally and persistently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in general computer skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
