Residential Solar Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Residential Solar Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and closure of residential solar installations.

• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly.

• Implement project management best practices and methodologies.
• Monitor contractor and vendor performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

• Prepare regular project status reports for senior management.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills:

• Experience in residential solar project management.
• Strong knowledge of G-Suite and Slack.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Proficiency in project management software, such as Coperniq.
• PMP certification or equivalent.

The estimated salary range for this position is up to $4000 USD per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
