We're seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our rental properties. As a remote, contract, part-time property coordinator, you will be responsible for managing Airbnb listings, handling guest communications, coordinating check-in and check-out schedules, and ensuring housekeeping services are properly scheduled and monitored.
This role is ideal for someone with prior experience managing short-term rental platforms like Airbnb or Vrbo. You should be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and possess strong communication and customer service skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and updating Airbnb listings with accurate information and photos
- Handling all guest communications in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Coordinating check-in and check-out schedules with guests and cleaners
- Ensuring housekeeping services are properly scheduled and monitored
- Monitoring reviews and guest feedback, responding appropriately
- Managing calendar availability, pricing updates, and promotions
- Troubleshooting guest issues and escalating when necessary
To be successful in this role, you should have a residence in Guatemala and be proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. You should also have access to a stable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
