We are seeking a talented and experienced Animation Specialist to join our team at Cognits. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motion graphics and animations, and will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that communicates our solutions effectively to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and create high-quality animations and motion graphics for various digital platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content.
  • Develop storyboards and creative briefs to present and refine design ideas.
  • Ensure all animations and motion graphics align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
  • Work with video editors, illustrators, and other designers to integrate animations seamlessly into broader visual content.
  • Optimize animations for performance across different devices and platforms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in animation and motion design.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with remote teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • This role involves a mix of animation, video editing, AI video creation, and building product explainers with tools like Navattic or similar.
