Job Title: Process Developer – Network Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle difficult customer interactions via chat and phone with professionalism.

• Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.

• Work under specific goals and manage Average Handling Time (AHT).

• Demonstrate proficiency in technical support.

• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent spoken and written English language skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage AHT.

• Results-oriented and possessing good people skills.

• Strong networking knowledge.

• Schedule flexibility is essential.

• Previous experience as a technical support agent.

• CCNA, CISCO, or equivalent certifications are mandatory.

• Multi-tasking ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Think creatively to meet customer needs.

• Ability to multi-task with excellent follow-through.

• Effective communication through phone and email.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
