Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Primary Education Specialist to join our team at EAS. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong educational background and experience in teaching elementary-level students. You will be expected to create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality educational programs for students aged 5-11
  • Assess student learning and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
  • Develop and implement behavior management strategies to ensure a positive classroom climate
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field
  • At least 1 year of teaching experience in an elementary setting
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum design and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
