Operations Graduate Program Coordinator

The company manages two global businesses – Impala Energy Infrastructure and Impala Dry Bulk & Logistics - and is a joint venture between Trafigura and IFM Investors.

As an Operations Graduate Program Coordinator, you will undertake various roles in the operations area, acquiring a multidisciplinary knowledge of the function through 'learning by doing'. The role combines basic support to the Operations area and learning periods, mainly on the ground, until acquiring a solid knowledge to take over the Supervisor function if assessment is positive.

• Provide support for compliance with procedures in the different operational areas of the terminal.
• Observe and follow safety and environmental protocols.
• Participate in the daily fulfillment of scheduled tasks in your rotation area.
• Support the accurate management of resources in your area and the search for optimization and improvement actions.

Recently graduated with no experience, 1- or 2-years' experience.

Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineer.

Spanish and English speaking.

Microsoft office advanced.

Strong analytical skills, problem-solving.

Team-builder and eager to learn.

Adaptable to working on the ground.

Outstanding academic performance (Desirable).

Result-Oriented.
