Job Description:

The Inventory Support Specialist role at Randa is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting the Inventory Management function by assisting with inventory planning, forecasting, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and maintaining accurate forecasts of customer demand
• Analyze forecast variances and order trends to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
• Develop and maintain reports to show retail and order trends, facilitating data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with the Inventory Management team to implement effective inventory strategies, meeting turn goals and reducing inventory levels while maintaining customer fill rates

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced changing environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
