Overview:  

As the Culture Champion at Conduent, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing a vibrant and unified work environment that aligns with our core values. This position calls for an outgoing, creative, and diligent individual who possesses excellent communication skills and can confidently interact with senior leaders. A background in business or marketing is preferred, underscoring a blend of strategic and interpersonal capabilities.  

Key Responsibilities:  

Cultivating One Conduent Environment: In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a unified culture that mirrors Conduent's values, developing strategies that promote employee belonging, and unity. Your ability to organize team-building events will be crucial in strengthening internal relationships and enhancing our collective work environment.  

  • Managing Recognition and Engagement: You will oversee the budget for employee recognition programs, designing initiatives to celebrate team achievements. Your role extends to collaborating with account leaders to boost engagement activities, coordinating client visits, and ensuring these activities are cost-effective while aligning with our business objectives .  
  • Coordinating Client and Internal Visits: This aspect involves partnering with account managers to effectively arrange client visits, managing all aspects of these engagements to ensure they align with our business goals and foster enhanced relationships.  
  • Aligning Bonuses and Incentives: A key part of your role will be working closely with account leaders to align bonus structures with account performance, providing insight and recommendations to optimize these incentives for the best results and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives .  
  • Developing Activities Calendar: You will create and maintain a calendar of cultural and engagement activities, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth scheduling and effective communication of these events to all employees and relevant stakeholders.  
  • Supporting Account Leaders: As a Culture Champion, you will assist account leaders in developing and executing engagement strategies, serving as a crucial liaison between account teams and corporate culture initiatives.  

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, or a related field preferred.  
  • Proven experience in employee engagement, culture building, or related areas.  
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.  
  • A creative mindset and innovative approach to engagement initiatives.  
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.  
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and financial analysis.  
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.  
  • Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and confidently presenting ideas.
