Role:

Carry out technical work according to instructions from your Manager, and according to established procedures.

Mantain accured records and documentation.

General Ledger Maintenance:

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date entries in the general ledger (using Microsft ERP Business Central).Perform monthly reconciliations of key accounts.

Bank Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.Monitor and track bank transactions. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Process invoices and payments.Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.

Financial Reporting:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements.

Annual Accounts and Official Books:

Assist in the preparation of official accounting books.

Assist in Tax Preparation:

Assist in preparing documentation for tax returns. Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or related
  • Posgraduate studies in Accouting or Tax would be great
  • Fluent English
  • Proficient in excel
  • You have been part of a professional services company, and you love it
  • Knowledge of Microsoft ERP Business Central makes adaptation easier
  • Excellent organisational skills and good ability to adapt to a multitask environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • proven experience of 2 years
